Evens has good hands but doesn't carry enough power to really be exciting and he had other oppotunities to go for submision but didn't even try. That being said Bisping looked scared to let his hands go but and at the end I was waiting for him to get another F@#ked up decision. I can't see how even one judge could give it to him I think someone is payed off.
