Hulk let me break this down for you, any Punisher movie not rated R is crap! It needs violence and gore and all that stuff....it's based on the vengence of one man, how can it be cartoonish?

And I'm pretty sure that, hell I KNOW that The Punisher is rated R, jackass. Its not cartoony either, The Russian gets hot boiling water in his freakin face and gets severely deformed in that huge battle he and the punisher have. Seriously its a tight movie, go watch it again.
