Nice call on Chang.Im reliving my yerning for a Carbajal Vs.Yuh match.15 defenses nothing to laugh at.Good to see him in the mix.

CC#84 Mate....I think we overlook the Asain fighters a lot....Mainly due to lack of exposure but those little guys are tough!!!....The Korean Hawk was a pretty damn good fighter....as with Galaxy.....

I wish we had more exposure to the current crop of Asain fighters as well......We would have a hell of a bunch more guys to be talking about on a regular basis
Excellent points Daxx.CC back to you.when I first started trading tapes (before U-Tube and the Internet as we know it now) I knew a guy that would send me lists to make swaps from.He would always talk about the outstanding Asian fighters, past and present, and tell me that I was missing some great fighters and fights.I was so "centralized" in the U.S and getting anything & everything I could on Toney,Hopkins,Tyson,Bramble ETC. and wouldn't listen.
On One trade He "accidentally" Mailed the wrong tapes. It was a very humbling and enlightening moment and I felt like a fool for being so stubborn.Pone kingpetch vs.Fighting Harada 2,Chang Vs.Hilario zapata 1&2 ,Arbachakov,Wajima J.Tatsuyoshi,Myung woo Yuh,Galaxy etc.Man I WAS HOOKED.
I put in Chang vs.Muanchai Kittikasem war after you mentioned Chang and that was a helacious ending.Chang pretty much dictated the tempo throughout with controlled aggression.Kittikasem was an absolute warrior here,Got dropped with sweep L.Hook as he pulled out and again with inside rt uppercut, went down hard. Was on his way to Fly belt and dropped Kittakasm again in the 11th. In twelth he went ALL out for the KO with two fisted attack as Kittakasem banged Changs body and mid way through,Chang was totally gassed, fell into Kitt.held on and stumbled to ground. He rose up and resumed but Kittakasem timed him with a Left Upperhook right on the button followed with straight right Chang beat the count, stumbled back into ropes meanwhile Kitt.was standing in neutral corner banging his gloves together.Chang showed huge heart as he got up unsteady and met Kittakasem ring center only to get nailed with perfect left uppercut and he went down hard in sitting Position and somehow willed himself up.Tony Perez held him up and waved it off....Chang was limp but was Protesting.WARRIORS BOTH indeed.Extreme pride is evident in Chang.....looked in severe anguish.
Tough Indeed Daxx....with out a doubt!
