I don't think Hatton was that sluggish against Collazo... he just looked more so because Collazo was quick. And though Collazo is fast, he isn't like MAyweather fast. Mosley showed it to that Collazo has very quick hands, and good reflexes, but he doesn't fight really fast, he doesn't have that higher level of concentration that allows Mayweather to react quick than his opponent and be as sharp as he is. Also Mayweather has signicantly faster feet and he gets away from you.
