Help needed with a foot problem

With those sort of problems it can, youve heard me talk of Oral [Head] stability. Well because youre not stable below the shoulders and neck compensate and tighten up one side causing this to happen qiute a lot.

It seems to happen with runners a lot. Problem usually is the tendon between the 2nd and 3rd met on the underside of the foot tighting altering the biomechanics of the foot caused by bad gait usually caused by bad hip alinement. Go and see a good Osteopath Doctors havent a clue.

had the same problem... .. I was told the weight I carry, along with the intense training regiment was the issue. Told the podiatrist, neither is going to change anytime soon, so lets rack the brain and figure out the best solution.. So these special inserts did the trick . No problems.

Hey thanks Lords Gym. I a big guy too. What inserts are they? Did the podiatrist make them or did you buy them?

Don't think he makes them ? however I never seen these anywhere before at the store. they help your overall posture and balance. fit in the boot. ask your Dr. man about them .
