Ronald Reagan gave amnesty to millions of Cubans in 1980's....didn't work out very well for us as we got the dregs of Cuban society.

Also all immigrants in order to become naturalized have to take tests and really learn about American culture...this is part of how people assimilated in America over many years.


I am not anti-immigration, I am anti-ILLEGAL IMMIGRATION there is a difference....I guess in your mind the people who become naturalized are saps....I think those naturalized citizens are some of the greatest citizens in America!


Anti-Americanism my ass, I am for accepting the weak and the poor as long as they intend to become full American citizens......right now America is basically being INVADED by Mexicans.

You would just think that someone who was born and raised in America and who doesn't vote straight party (that's right, as much as I dislike liberal views I do vote for them sometimes) and someone who is educated such as myself would know a little about America but apparently I have missed the boat.....please teach me with your enlightened British education.....please tell me how America should be run......I do believe the last time the British tried to run America it didn't work so well
