Between my dad spending a couple days in the hospital, me getting sick, thanksgiving, birthdays (mom, gf and sister so they all require presents and party attendance), school and moving I havent made it to the gym much this month, but I've gotten some running in and a few light workouts at home. Birthdays are basically done except one more party sunday, moving will have to be done by friday, and the rest I should be able to handle so hopefully I can get back to training more soon.

Sparring was ugly by the end...probably most of the way through actually. Its hard to gauge because opponents were both better/more experienced and about 50-70 lbs bigger so some rounds they were holding back more than others. It was actually pretty discouraging but i think that was more because i didn't really sleep the night before and i felt down anyway. I still feel like the more sparring i can do at this point the better off i'll be so i'll take what i can get.
