I am sitting here watching Roberto Duran vs Sugar Ray Leonard I.
I wonder what kind of fight we shall see on Dec 8th. Hatton/Mayweather Jr.
I would love to see a war like Duran/Leonard 1., but... I have a very strong feeling
that Floyd will run like Leonard did in Duran/Leonard 2. (I love Ray Leonard but he ran like a biatch against Duran in the second fight)
If Floyd does nothing more than run for 12 rounds, this will show what a heartless coward Floyd is. It will also show us maybe how one dimensional Floyd also is. It's no secret that Hatton can be cut and bruised something easy, I just hope people don't confuse this with anything that Floyd can actually do. Hatton is begining to remind me of Gatti in the facial bruises and cut dept.

I hope Hatton and the preacher man have a plan b and c if Floyd decides to run for 12.

Cowards don;t get in the ring and fight other great fighters, they don't they don't make it far in the sport.

Floyd is on a streak of fighting some tough S.O.B's, and he did NOT run in the oscar fight, floyd fights floyds fight, he fights to win.

In this sport the ONLY thing people remeber when its all said and done is who you beat and who you didn't. If it was just about how good your fights were the gatti would be the all time p4p king, but he aint, he was never even the current p4p king, floyd has been for three years. F*** his style this is boxing not UFC or WWF its about BOXING and winning.

Fighting on the backfoot is an art, you watch other good, great fighters who had to fight on the back foot, they couldn;'t do it, they lost rounds and fights when they were put on the back foot.

What mayweather does may not make your dick jump up, but ot those who understand boxing know its an art and damn hard thing to do... truth is, if mayweather comes forwad with hatton, it will be a hugging match.

There will be no hugging by the Hitman on Dec 8th. Ok, let me rephrase that. There wont be a lot of hugging by Hatton as he will be too busy trying to unload his shots. He is not going to win this fight by hugging.

While I think that Floyd is one of the greatest fighters on the face of the planet...he will lose...some time...if not now...he will, if he continues.

Also...when your'e P4P the best in the world...haters/detractors are going to always beat you down. As long as you do keep winning...then you are worthy of your title. The thing is...just because Floyd is a different type of fighter than Cotto or Hatton doesn't really make a difference. Floyd knows his style, his limits, & his abilities & there have been very few times that he has fought a stupid fight. The same can't be said for Cotto & Hatton...both of them have been hammered, stung, stunned, & even dropped.

The same can't be said of Floyd.

Many people just can't get on board because Floyd really hasn't seen a match or taken a hiding or really even been in a competitive fight...that's not his fault & for people to say that Floyd runs & so on & so on...that's a bit silly.

Just because a boxer slips & slides instead of standing & trading...that doesn't make it wrong.
