All classic moments for me as a Hearns fan.

biggest laugh for me was Tyson handed his A.S.S by Evander Holyfield

    And Holyfield handed his E.A.R.

Frazier beating Ali second Corrales miracle comeback, third Mike Tyson's entrance in the Spinks fight, I dont think I have ever been more excited to see a fight then that moment. I was a youngster and Tyson was just the baddest mofo ever at that point.

Calzaghe kicking Lacy's ass,i hate the fact the yanks nevr give british fighters a chance in big fights.....,Joe was a joy to watch that night.....

But my best moment was prob seeing Hatton dethrone Kostya,i had seen nearly all of Ricky's fights and just knew he was goin to do it..

for me my moment wasnt he greastest but it was actually the first time i watch a full boxing match.

i was at my cousins house and he was watching spinks vs. judah 2

didnt kno who they were, all iknew was i saw zab in the ring, and spinks coming out with nelly performing and his entourage coming out with 4 titles which made me think this guy must be good.

and then int eh 9th rd the guy gets TKO, and spinks lost all his titles in his hometown
i felt at the time that this sport was awesome. =)
the embarrassment cory felt, and the feeling of winning, i was shaking my whole the whole time.

Daniel Zaragoza-Paul Banke 2 at the Great Western Forum in Inglewood. It's the first fight I ever saw live. I was like 11 years old. Banke scored a brutal knock out over Zaragoza

Well I don't have just 1, I have several I've been VERY lucky and fortunate to attend some special events.
    In no particular order.

Chico vs. Castillo I - Sitting ringside for possibly THE GREATEST fight in the history of boxing to date. I'll carry that entire story of how I got the tickets all the way to watching the replay a few days later. That night I met Lacy, Winky, BCD, JCC Sr., JCC Jr., SSM, Toney, JMM, Beristain. Tour de France winner Lance Armstrong & Mexican actor Diego Luna.

RMarquez vs. Vasquez I - Sitting ringside for a candidate for FOTY 2007. My girl and I made the short trip to Carson. What a fight and what a night. Watching Vasquez drop Marquez and Marquez shaking it off and coming back on him. Then watching Marquez comeback and stop Vasquez. That night I met Erik, Floyd Sr., Julio Diaz, Bobby Chacon, Giovanni Segura. I also met Goldberg & Mario Lopez and his dancing girl.

World Boxing Hall of Fame - I recently visited the World Boxing Hall of Fame for this years inductees. What a day it was and privelage to be there with those guys. I met so many fighters that day Ricardo Lopez, Carlos Ortiz, Earnie Terell, Tony Lopez, Mando Ramos, Armando Muniz, Yaqui Lopez, George Benton, Bobby Watts, Greg Haugen, Rodolfo Gonzalez, Mike Weaver and many more. I also had the opp. to talk to Chicos wife and they let me touch his fighting shoes and robes and his IBA Belt.

Presser Conferences- I was at the press conference for ODLH vs. PBF, I had the opp. to meet again SSM, talk and shake hands with Freddie Roach and I also managed to get my Ring Magazine with PBF on the cover signed by PBF. I was also at the press conference for MAB vs. Juarez II where I had the opp. to meet MAB.

About 5 years back when Bruce Seldon was making an ill-fated comeback he was fighting this kid with HUGE Man Tits. And he was getting his ass whipped, after about 4 rounds, his corner gave him a pep talk that went something like this:

Trainer: "C'mon Bruce, you're getting beat by a man with Titties!"

The HBO team had to hold back their laughter, I on the other hand was laughin my fukin ass off.
"You knocked him down...now how bout you try knockin me down ?"

Mick has kinda reminded me of great nights i attended myself....Sitting Ringside at a big fight is a great feeling!!!!

    Hatton V Maussa:
Although not the biggest fight, the excitement was evident in Sheffield Hallam arena. It was 26th of November 2 days before my birthday and i flew to manchester onn the Friday, travelled to Sheffield and attended the fight. At ringside i managed to meet MAB, Naseem, Witherspoon and Johhny Nelson, great night and being ringside for that finish, with 18,000+ fans behind you screaming....Unreal!

    Calzaghe V Manfredo:
A great night, despite the poor undercard and main events (Enzo, Cal and Kahn) concluding in a combined 6 rds.
Got some top class pics that night aswell as a nice conversation with Enzo Mac, Enzo Cal and Witherspoon again (although very generous with an autograph Witherspoon is very impersonal the opposite of Maccarenelli!) Met Kahn, the Great Audley Harrison . Great night in Cardiff!

    Hatton V Tszyu:
Again flew over, fight was in the MEN. Wasn't ringside, but had great seats and wow! Just Wow!

CC to LEGION for sharing one of the same moments that I have. I can't name just one. But I'll narrow it down as best I can.

Manny Pacquiao stopping Marco Antonio Barrera: It was his first fight at that weightclass, his first pound-for-pound opposition, and, truth be told, my family and friends wanted him to win but no one thought he would.

Kelly Pavlik coming back against Jermain Taylor: I was in a house of people pulling for Taylor. I on the other hand was the only person that knew Pavlik would knock him out AND I voiced my opinion. After round 2, everyone was laughing at me. After round 8, I was the one laughing.

Manny Pacquiao stopping Erik Morales in their second fight: Even though Morales had lost to Raheem the fight before, I just felt he had the tools, the game plan, and the memory of the first fight to overcome Pacquiao again. I was at my uncle's house with 30+ people cheering every punch he threw and when Morales finally went down, the house ERRUPTED!

Ricky Hatton calling out Floyd Mayweather after KOing Castillo: I couldn't believe that he would make a statement like that on HBO, LIVE! AND not just any fighter, the world's #1 pound-for-pound fighter. Ricky's got some balls...

Felix Trinidad being announced the winner against De La Hoya: It was the last time in a big fight where the person obviously running was punished with a loss. I thought De La Hoya was winning the fight, but him running away the way he did, something in me wanted him to lose.

    Lewis-Tyson.

The number of people who really thought Tyson had a chance in this fight amazed me.I remember Glen McCorry picking Tyson and Nigel Benn as well I think.

The excitment before the first bell with the security men across the ring was amazing,I also enjoyed watch Lewis shut up the fools who thought Tyson had a chance.

I love that fight!!! CC Mate.....TBH IMO announcers can make a moment even more exciting if they are decent and comeout with the right catch line...

When Tyson went down and the ref waved him out...Lampley screams out with true excitement (I think he wanted Tyson to lose lol)...

"LENNOX LEWIS HAS BANISHED MIKE TYSON FROM THE UPPER STRATOSPHERE OF THE HEAVYWEIGHT DIVISION"...Classic Stuff

Another all time favorite by an announcer....

Larry Merchant turning his back on Frank Warren and Rolling his eyes when Frank tried to get a word in after the Manfredo fight and Larry interviewd Calzaghe...The look on Warrens face was priceless enough for a Mastercard commercial....

Ricky Hatton licking his hand and fixing Larry's hair in a post fight interview
