It took Tito 3 yrs to win his 1st title, it took Cotto 3 yrs to win his 1st title.
Titos a 3 division champ, Cottos already a 2 division champ.

IMO in order for Cotto to be as good or even better then Tito he needs the big names PBF, Margarito, Cintron, Williams.
If they move up in weight Hatton, Witter and possible rematches with Paulie & Torres since both of those guys gave Cotto a very good fight.
