i had completly forgot about my training log but im going to start today

i started out by stretching and warming up
2 rounds jump rope
3 rounds of shadowboxing the last round was with dumbells
4 rounds hitting the heavy bag
3 rounds on the double end bag
2 rounds on the speed bag


after the bags i did 3 sets of leg raises and some medicine ball push ups



i hope to get the gym tommorow and spar.
