I think that sort of professional 'acting and entertainment' to promote something should be left for Wrestling where entertainment is the name of the game.
If Floyd had let his superior (and i mean superior) boxing skills do the 'promoting' and not himself, i'm sure he would be twice as popular as he is now, and twice as rich.. He would have millions and millions in endoresments and fans....
I just think the whole persona he puts on to create interest in his fights just ISN'T needed.... Which is what makes me think that what we see in front of the camera's is largely what he is really like...
He just makes it impossible to look past that attitude... And when it is next to impossible to see a 'professional' need for it, then I can really take it or leave it..
One of the greatest boxers of all time was simply spoilt by one of the least needed 'acted attitudes' of all time...
