What you think Lacy should do if he were to lose to Manfredo?

If he loses to Manfredo it shows he is mentally shot...has nothing to do with physical...if a fighter is shot mentally it is hard to pick up the peices....He will have to be broken down and rebuilt all together...almost like starting a new career

after fighting 8 rnds with a blown out shoulder proves he is all mental toughness. Jeff will be fine and in the thick of 175 come mid 08

Mark my words Manfredo has the same shot at beating Lacy as Hatton does Mayweather. Its gonna be a clean sweep for this fan come the 8th

You think his future's at 175? I don't know, he wouldn't be that big of a 175 pounder at all and considering he's a physical fighter that doesn't look good for him.

Then again 175 is a weaker division especially as long as Calz hangs around.

No JT that shows he can deal with pain and continue...is that a portion of mental toughness? Yes but not the mental toughness I am speaking of....

We have to see what happens when he is on the bad end of things for a few rounds...when a guy is getting the better of him...

Will he adjust?....Will he be able to deal with taking a pounding for a few rounds and still hang in there and turn things around?.....A fighter can take a pounding all night and never quit on his stool...there are journey men that do it all the time....there are guys who fight injured all the time and deal with the pain....

But start getting into his head...start having him on the defensive a bit and he starts wondering to himself if he can do it?...is he ready for this again?.....thats the kind of toughness we do not know again about Lacy.....

and 175 is not the place for him...jeff can fight at MW easily....he needs to go down not up...one of his biggest problems is the fact he keeps to much bulk...always has been....

Mayweather ain't coming off shoulder surgery. What you need to understand is that the surgery Lacy had ain't no joke. There's a good chance he might not possess the power he once had. That's the same surgery that robbed Dwight Gooden of his fastball. And if it robs Lacy of his power, than Lacy is done. He's finished. Without power, Lacy is a journeyman.

He walks around about 190-195 between fights he definetly has the frame to do 175

Yea but they wouldnt put him in the ring if he wasnt cracking the pads, thumping the bag and buzzing his sparring partners.

Klitschko was fine after surgery so will Jeff
