Hopkins remark was a comment plain and simple.
For a boxer like Hopkins to say that regarding a fellow fighter he's trying to make a fight with is no more racism than a disgruntled employee telling a coworker that the boss is a c*** is an incitement to rebellion and mutiny within the workplace.

WRONG it just involves people making a judgement about someones' skin color or ethnicity.
If I am called a racist by your standards then I personally would have had to subject someone to slavery so I can drop the N-bomb any time I choose.
Unless you say my ANCESTORS couldn't have subjected certain types of people to slavery etc etc. And even then by your standards if my ancestors never had asian or european slaves I could say spic, jap, slope, wop, zipperhead, kike, etc etc to my heart's content
So your reasoning is either wrong or I can say whatever the F*** I want to to whoever I want to....because what my ancestors did or did NOT do was
ALLEGED BUT NEVER SUBSTANTIATED
