His whole career, he's wanted to be a PPV star and make big paydays, he's now reached the point where he's at that level. He's not going to walk away from it.

Floyd's a smart business man, he's basically playing "hard to get." He says he's retired, but he's just keeping the price tag high. If someone wants to fight him, then he needs to be paid accordingly.
#383 Pea. I agree 100%. Cotto needs to goad him. Do what Ricky did and get under his skin. Floyd will eventually say "make the fight" and everyone is happy. IMO of his era, beating Cotto will prove his greatness even further. He will have taken every fight people asked him to. There will be nothing left to do after this.
