Right, it's not the same thing as denying a job or lynching someone for their race, but it is using someone's 'race' as a negative, which is racist. I have no idea what Hopkins' true feelings are about whites, but I would guess that it was more of a hype than anything. He's doing a poor impression of Mayweather, playing the bad guy and saying things that have never come out of Floyd's mouth.
