ANYWAY since your a moderater u should know in case anyone asks this again...they should start putting vasaline IN there nose w/ a cotton swab or finger & it should help ..put water on the swab and moisten the inside 1st then blow ur nose THEN slide around the vasaline coated swab in the nostril
