They have to come back, can someone tell me what happened and are they coming bacK?
They better do, the commentary was boring

Never beg a 40 dollar hooker...specially after she's just turned down your mom's credit card!!
ahhh thats cool then
Nobody can replace Larry, Jim and Steward/George/Roy..
That felt like a boulder just came off my chest
WCB will still be jim larry and steward, PPVs i would imagine would be the same, but im guessing next time big vladdy fights well get larry jim and kellermanOriginally Posted by The_One77
I think kellerman will make a great host..very knowledgeable and a fan of the sport.
It feels good to be back home.
Kellerman is alright. I generally liked him at ESPN. Lennox is too bland. He has the same un-biased comments as Roy and George, but not the personality. And it doesn't seem like he even wants to be commentating. The other guy needs a different job. Max I can live with, but the other guys have to go. Max with Larry, Jim, and Ledderman will be good. Max doesn't need to be the lead guy, but he is a decent 2 or 3.
I thought I was watching Showtime, not HBO.
Man does EVERYONE hate Shotime? haha Al Bernstein is my fav commentator out of anyone on so...well yeah. But he doesn't add to the excitement of the fight like Lampley and Merchant do so I guess he loses points though.
I like Showtime, but the crew just seems bland.
Anyone who gets excited about financially manipulated announcers on HBO has been financially manipulated.
They also lack all empathy for fighters.
Ive gotten used to the showtime commentary, they are great...
Its close between them and HBO, but i would lean towards HBO....a tad more character
I think Showtimes crew if very underrated
Agreed. Lennox sounds not only bored, but also clearly isn't paying attention to what the other guys are saying. There was some time toward the end of the fight, maybe round 10, when Kellerman had just finished talking about how he scored every round up until that point, and not more than 20 seconds later, Lennox goes "This is a close fight. Max, how do you have it scored?" It was like he was just blindly reciting one of the three script lines they gave him. The Lampley fill-in was unimpressive as well.Originally Posted by Unknowndonor
