You give the muscle groups 3 days of recovery time,minimum
You work them in groups,and cycle them
Otherwise you tear stuff,and cant do anything
thanks for your response bro, but im just such a gym rat that i cant like wait or im not patient enough to wait 3 or even 2days. at best i do bis and tris on one day apart from each other. i do my abs every single day. cardio every single day chest every other day.

No you work out 6 out of 7,you just group things together
Legs,arms chest,back,etc
You focus on your muscle groupings,and dont get oppsessed with any one group,you cycle them in and out
Every see a guy with arms that could crack your skull,and legs that cant carry him?

Thats why,he isnt cycling his muscle groups
