You give the muscle groups 3 days of recovery time,minimum
You work them in groups,and cycle them
Otherwise you tear stuff,and cant do anything
thanks for your response bro, but im just such a gym rat that i cant like wait or im not patient enough to wait 3 or even 2days. at best i do bis and tris on one day apart from each other. i do my abs every single day. cardio every single day chest every other day.
No you work out 6 out of 7,you just group things together
Legs,arms chest,back,etc
You focus on your muscle groupings,and dont get oppsessed with any one group,you cycle them in and out
Every see a guy with arms that could crack your skull,and legs that cant carry him?

right right im not diagreeing with you bro its just being gym rat i often just kinda go for it ever single night at the gym. i should probably follow it more, but i just kinda cant help myself every night when i hit the gym? if you think of most fighters daily routines or even how the military have their drills they often dont follow the skip the muscle law as well.

And trust me,I hate leg days too,but its better results that way,otherwise your pulling stuff constantly,or taking risks with crap like Andro
ahaha Ironically i used to love leg days and couldnt stand arm days but now that im older its quite the reverse. mostly due to my banged up F'd up knees.
