like i stated before, tyson used to show off with his huge one rep max's on the bench or bicep curl. he never trained weights religiously, never had a work out program. instead once or twice a week he'd stack a shxt load of weights on the bar bet the officers working there he could bench more than them and win cash from them. embarrasing, 13 y o kid stronger than fully grown man.
