I think his power will come with him enough of a degree along with his speed of foot and hands that he will be deadly even at 140, as he becomes a better defensive fighter, and a more complete boxer he will be able to use his skill along with his superior speed to beat some of these bigger guys, people forget that he is heavier at 130 than Mayweather ever was at lightweight and look how well Mayweather has moved up not just because of his skills but also physically he hasn't been blown out of the water by anyone in terms of strength, and Pacquaio is probably stronger than Mayweather was at 130, he definitely hits harder. At 130 at the top level which is when a lot of people lose that high KO% he went 6(4)-1, and he had one of those guys he took the full distance down 3 times, He ko/tko'ed the only guy who beat him twice, and the other guy was Barrera who he out boxed.
