why is taylor fighting pavlik for no titles?

A couple questions:

#1 Why all the hate on Jermain Taylor?

#2 Did anyone miss the second round of the first fight?


And now a statement, Pavlik will more than likely move to 168 as well seeing how he's having trouble making weight also

I agree Lyle, Pavlik was made to look silly in the 2nd round....he was outclassed .

Credit to Pavlik for pulling it round and getting the KO but i honestly can't see him sparking JT again.

I think JT will box more cautiously this time round and sneak a UD.

Pavlik did look silly; trying to make giggly faces. JT looked even sillier not being able to finish Pavlik off with a freebie given to him. Notice how he never even came close to putting Pavlik down again. Oh that's right, he was weight drained. Well, it will be interesting to see how he approaches the rematch with the only guy to put him and keep him down. He'll freeze up and get lit up again.
