Not a pacquaio fan, but in fairness to the guy he's faced some bonafide legends in Morales, Barrera, JMM. Oscar fought who? Vargas, Trinidad, Mosely, Hopkins, Chavez (Aged), Whittaker (Aged), Mayweather.
I like Oscar a lot, but he was gifted a lot in his career and yet he lost to a lot of the big names he fought. Whittaker should have got the nod against him imo.

To an extent yes. The first time Pacquiao fought my guy Barrera he was prime, but mentally not perfect. Morales was out, but I feel still less aged than Chavez and Whittaker by the time they faced DLH.
