At the end of the day - at least when we are trying to plan 2 years ahead - the biggest UK fight by far for Hatton is not Witter, and most definetely not Rees. It is Amir Khan. That's the truth, even if it seem ludicrous to speculate in a Hatton-Khan meeting right now.

But - and this is my point - fighting Witter, Rees and then fight or not fight Khan, Hatton will go down as a very good fighter in England. Chris Eubank-like perhaps? But he will not be remembered on the world stage as a great, if he ends his areer by fighting 'merely' domestic opponents. So on to the world, Mr Hatton!

(And the likes of Lazcano does not secure his legacy either - Malignaggi and Torres more so though).
