All the greats had losses and to lose to the P4P number 1 in a weight division your clearly not comfortable in is nothing to be ashamed off.

He needs to wake up, get over it and start fighting the likes of Witter, Malanaggi, Diaz...maybe even Pac.

Ricky could easily go down as the greatest light welterweight of all time imo.

    Ricardo Lopez
    Sven Ottke
    Ji Won Kim
    Laszlo Papp

But i only consider one name on that list as a top boxer.
How could I forget old Ricardo

Never even heard of the other three

Can't believe you never heard of Sven Ottke, he was a German Super Middleweight champion from 1998 to 2004. He beat fighters like Robin Reid, Charles Brewer, Etc, although i think the fight with Reid was disgraceful decision. Haven't you ever heard the jokes about all the gift decision's Sven Ottke got ??

The name did ring a bell but I knew nothing about him. I've only really got seriosuly into my boxing in the last 2 or three years, before that I was a casual fan at best. Should I check out some of his fights?

Not really i never thought he was that great to be honest, and he did get a lot of gift decisions in Germany. He also ducked Calzaghe like the plague.
