Ricardo/ICB help us out here. What did you mean by your question? (I know you always say you have trouble wording things maybe we can help out here) Did you mean skilled (like finess, boxing skills)? or just plain skills?
Which again to me that would be like just listing the Greatest fighters cause "skilled" covers so many departements....
I'm assuming you meant slickness, make you miss etc. etc. etc. which is why you listed Lopez at #1.

Also if you did mean that then maybe you should change the thread to read.

"The Top 5 Most Technical Skilled Mexican Fighters" or something along those lines...
