Is Vitaly Klitchko a Hall of Famer?

Klitschko has not done enough to be in the HOF.

HOF at this point is ridiculous to even contemplate at this point, he's beaten no one of any real historical significance. To say that "only injury" beat him is wrong because it's part of the game (besides he quit out of exhaustion against Byrd, rotator cuff my ass).
