CC.. ....But in all seriousness.....It is not really money but more or less has to do with region focused on....EG- If the WBO focused on fighters in the states predominately then chances are they would have less title fights seeing how more fighters are apt to seek WBC,WBA titles because there is more money in it...that would mean less sanctioning money for the WBO....so the WBO will look in an area that it is bound to get more fighters in their rankings.....

All the organizations do it....it is not as if they are making bogus ratings just wise for business.....Warren takes advantage of that.....

now in the case of Don King and the WBC well...Just watch "The Great Whit Hype"....Pat attention to the relationship between Samuel L Jacksons role and Cheech Marins....that is almost how it was in real life
