Cotto was winning almost every round after the 3rd, but it was a hardly one-sided battering. And I bet Miguel Cotto would be the first one to tell you that. He openly admitted that Zab stunned him, including once or twice in the late rounds when you're claiming that Zab was just getting battered around.
Cotto was clearly the better man and that's why he eventually won by TKO, but that was a very competitive fight, and Zab clearly proved that night that he deserves to be an opponent in future notable fights.

It's not like Zab is getting another crack at the world title here.... we're talking about ANTONIO MARGARITO. If there were talks right now for Floyd-Zab II, then I could understand people complaining about Zab not deserving a shot.
