I think Witter is way under-rated. Don't think the would beat Mayweather, but would cause him a lot more problems than Hatton did. PBF is unorthadox and can out b0x all traditional fighters and brawlers, but he can't have faced a fighter like Witter. He may face the same problem his opponents usually have preparing for a fight with him.
