Nephew Convicted Of Killing Trevor Berbick

It's fucked up Berbick is dead. But I wonder how he as a former boxer. Former champion no less, can be beaten to death. You would think Trevor would of cracked both there heads open. I wonder if they caught him caught by surprise or from behind?

I just read that one of the assailants had a 2 inch thick steel pipe and berbick was hit in the head with it multiple times. Doesn't matter who you are, the only defense against that is to run.
