Have to go with Harry Greb W.15 Gene Tunney May 23 1922. To be honest I would settle on ANY complete Greb match but from everything Ive read,Seen,and discussed this was a frenetic and brutal match.
It was Grebs only victory in 5 meetings with Stylist and smooth boxing Tunney but Tunney was pulverized in a relentless drubbing,His only lose.

Gotta say I am partial to some of those old time fights myself....I would have liked to see Gene in the ring...Just to find out in person how good he was....For some reason even though I never met him I always disliked him ...I was a big fan of Dempsey as a kid...My Dad had met him and in an auction he had gotten a hand written invatation by Dempsey for his resturant opening in the city...There were tons of the prints out there but this was handwritten by Dempsey himself to some big business owner named Earl...the front was the print but Jack had wrote himself on back and signed it....

I thought it was the greatest thing in the world...so hated Gene for beating Jack lol...

Crazy I know considering it was about 60 yrs before I was even born but I was a kid.....
