My take on the situation is that when you have people at this age having a child then there is already a huge disadvantage.. but to be honest, we've all seen plenty of people and said to ourselves "wow i hope they don't have children".. and we've also seen parents, of age, treat their kids terribly.. Either way it's going to happen..

Pyschologically speaking, when you take a look at criminals in general, a vast majority have horrible upbringings.. obviously that is a stereotype and it is subject to exceptions.. Unfortunately, children who grow up in a hostile environment, or don't get enough attention from their underage/unsuitable parents, could turn out pretty badly, and with all of the things Britney is going through with her children, and now her SISTERS children, let's just hope they get a decent upbringing.. or we may be hearing about them in 16 years from now being drug addicts and who knows what else.
