I don't necessarily think that's true. If you watch the 11th round Pac catches Barrera and sends him to the ropes, then shortly after, a left knocked Barrera off balance, that's when Marco hugged and hit Pacquiao on the break which I felt was a way to delay the fight so he could end the momentum Pac was bringing on in the round.

If you watch that round there's no way you can say Marco wasn't in trouble.
