Who else can Williams call out? He's already called out Floyd, Cotto, and Cintron, but those guys are unavailable. He must wait in line until Mayweather decides if he wants to risk his life against Cotto, he must wait in line until Cotto gets tired of calling out Floyd and fights Oscar, and he must wait until Cintron's hand heals, he fights Clottey, and everyone stops laughing over his recent calling out of Margarito and Cotto.

Mosley is a good fighter to put on your resume and more importantly, Mosley, despite a recent loss, is very good competition. Under the circumstances, calling out Mosley is a good move for Williams IMO.
