There is little to no footage but there is footage of him at middleweight and there is his record at welterweight where he lost to LaMatta (who was basically at middleweight weighing in at 160 1/2), he beat Zivic twice, he beat Hank Armstrong, avenged the loss vs LaMatta (3 times), and he beat Kid Gavilain (once on a shakey decision and another time legitimately)

That's basically all the info I need....I admit he COULD have lost to basically any of the greats but hell I COULD fly a rocketship to the moon. I just figure that Ray Robinson is the favorite to win in most any fight that can be made at welterweight in the history of boxing......I did of course use the qualifier "most any fight"....sure the big guys that can punch always cause problems and the speedy slick guys do too but Ray one of the greatest pound for pound boxers of all time for a reason.
