Just back to work today...Paying dearly for having the audacity to take holidays.

For being gone 10 days (6 working days the other 4 were weekend days)
My desk looks good.

I'm doing telephone banking today, and we got so many calls from people moaning about charges on their account after they failed to manage it properly over Xmas. And now they expect us to give them a refund. Anyhow....all those refusals of refunds put my call time down and my stats are going to s**t. Everyone else's too, but still it sucks.
