The real question should be, after Pavlik breaks the newly inserted titanium chin he has, what are they gonna put in next?

I'd favour Pavlik via stoppage. I can see Abraham, with his Wink-lite defence trying to stand there and block punches on his arms,a few getting through ,skaen, hurt, then stopped. I think he would wobble Kelly though,he has really good handspeed and good power too. I just feel he takes too long getting his punches off, usually waiting for the other guy to punch first, which would be dangerous v Pavlik.

The only guys I see giving Kelly problems are guys with lateral movement and a good chin(Calzaghe is the only fighter I can think of) because he seems so dam flat footed(which I'm guessing allows him to generate power in all his shots). Either that or someone with power and good countering skills like Kessler. If yu're standing in front of him, you're most likely going to get hammered.
CC. Hopkins would give him problems, too, but I think Pavlik will eventually win belts at 168, and 175. Kess would give him trouble, too. That fight would be pretty much a pickem.
CC back bro. Kess Pavlik would be awesome. Can Kelly take his power up to 168??
Thanks. I think he can, and I think he would have power at 175, too. His days at 160 are going be be very limited, but I'm guessing his frame will fill out and he'll be just fine at higher weight divisions.

Although I think Pavlik will get by Taylor again, I think the wars he, has been/will be in, are going to catch up with him sooner rather than later.

If he fights Abraham this year, I think he wins easily. Eventually the chink in his armor will become a full crack, and then he will lose to a tough top opponent. .

You've got to remember that the Pavlik Taylor rematch is going to be at 166 though... I'm not sure Kelly will want to drop back to 160 afterwards, as there's nobody there besides AA, and moving up to 168 is logical for him anyways. Now at SMW, I think it might be a different story with regards to fighters being able to back him up... I think Kessler would beat him, and there's a good chance he'd be able to back Kelly up, at least in spurts.. Pavlik could probably do the same to him, I just think Kessler's a bit sharper and certainly has better defence. That would be one hell of a fight though, both guys would have to be real careful coming forward.
