Oscar has fought hands down the better competition!!! Mosley fought these name guys: Leija, Vargas, Ceballos, Molina, Diaz, Taylor , Estrada. I don't think he's as good as people say he is and I think his lack of true competition shows it!
He didn't fight much of anybody at 135, but he jumped two weight divisions and in his second fight at 147 fought DLH. That's not bad. Then he gave Forrest, a dangerous unbeaten guy a shot when he really didn't have too, and then got an immediate rematch. At 154 he's fought ODLH, Winky twice when he didn't have to give Winky a shot and when nobody was giving Winky a shot, and Vargas. There's been much worse ducking than that.

I think it is a pattern, when you in your prime did not fight ANY of these top boxers Tiger, Benn, Eubank, Calzaghe, Collins and to some extent Ottke.

Insted he chose to fight the likes of Grant, Frazier, Sosa, Johnson, Telesco, Hall, Harmon etc.....
