Mosleys legs are pretty wide, which means his groin and lower back are taking a lot of strain implementing movement. The two muscle groups compliment one another, weak groin bad lower back.

Would you say that the wide stance used by Mosely (and many amateurs) is a good stance for countering against a slower opponent but not a good idea when one intends to be active throughout the fight and rely on quick footwork?
