Well if your not willing to eat more how can i help ?? i used to be slim as well but i bulked up and put a lot of muscle mass on. You need to eat a lot of protein, carbs, etc. You basically need to eat more calories than you are burning i can give you tips on what to eat, but i need to know what you are trying to achieve.
