I put on about 20 pounds i walk a round at about 160, a little while ago i cut down to 154 when i had my 1st amateur fight but i put the weight back on easily. But im considering moving up in weight because i don't like cutting down that much. When i was bulking up i used to eat a lot and do weights at the same time, i did put on a lot of muscle but not too much because otherwise that will effect my boxing. But all i can say is good luck mate if you are eating right you should put on quite a lot of weight within the first 2 weeks.Originally Posted by gudnite vienna
