250-300 sit ups ?? there is no need for that many, i got a six pack from mostly doing cardio. Running, boxing, swimming, and also having a good diet. And remember you can't lose fat from your stomach doing crunches. You could do 1 million crunches and you would still never lose fat from your stomach, you cannot lose fat in one specific area. And also the reason you aren't seeing any results on your lower abs is because you can't be doing enough variety of exercises for certain parts on your abs. Land down flat and raise your legs 12 inches off the ground and then lower them slowly to where your feet are almost touching the ground and repeat. Thats just one example of how to work your lower abs check up on the interest for more lower ab workouts.Originally Posted by RP33
Bicycle crunches are 250 percent more effective than normal crunches i suggest you also do them. And also get yourself a stability ball that works wonders for your abs. But let me just tell you this, getting a six pack is more to do with healthy eating and cardio the old saying is that six pack is made in the kitchen and not the gym just keep that in mind, and when you do crunches look for quality not quantity.
