transubstantiation

Hi i have a question about transubstantiation.

Does the bread and wine really turn into the body of christ, once it has been eaten by a Catholic?

Can anyone tell me what Michael Jackson's Jesus Juice turned into. Seen as tho it was already Jesus Juice when it was swallowed, had transubstantiation already taken place before it was drunk?

How did this happen?
