There were some low blows but they were mostly borderline punches and to say they were intentional fouls is really pushing it. Tito did what he had to do which was go to the body often. Unfortunately it was'nt enough.

Since I do not have the benefit of watching the replay as you do I will say this. I use to be pitcher for a local baseball team hear and I learned something that helped me become pretty good. It is not the home plate that determines the strike zone, it is the umpire. So the first thing I did was find out where the umpire's strike zone was. I would throuw the fast ball on the outside corner and keep moving it inch by inch further outside untill the umpire called it a ball. I found I could go as far as half a foot outside in some cases.

My point is, if the ref doesn't call it, it aint the fighters fault and he would be stupid not to take every advantage he can.
I agree, and I dint think all of them were intentional, but some of them were because he was landing low and would immediately do the same thing over. But as you said, the referee is really to blame for not doing his part. That is my problem not so much Tito, the ref didnt maintain control of the fight like he should have. I actually thought Tito fought a pretty smart fight, I didnt like the low blows as a tactic though.
