Cultural Creative

Cultural Creatives are probably the newest group to enter this realm. You are a modern thinker who tends to shy away from organized religion but still feels as if there is something greater than ourselves. You are very spiritual, even if you are not religious. Life has a meaning outside of the rational. Creatives are the coolest of all thinkers having both an intuitive grasp of complex thought and an innate understanding of the social world around them. Cultural creatives sometimes earn the reputation of being maverick's as their original thought processes often supersede other people's abilities to understand them. Do not worry about this it just means you are too clever for ordinary folk to comprehend.

Existentialism emphasizes human capability. There is no greater power interfering with life and thus it is up to us to make things happen. Sometimes considered a negative and depressing world view, your optimism towards human accomplishment is immense. Mankind is condemned to be free and must accept the responsibility.

Nice link Donny,interesting. I must have crossed into bizarro word because I am apparently a Cultural Creative..... Ummm OK. Sometimes I fancy myself so creative in analogy and talking to people they give me that look like I have antlers and a third eyeball growing in my head.

Cheers for that donny....sadly, I fall into that same category of Cultural Creative which to me sounds a little rubbish. In essence we don't hold the strong religious views of our parents, and essentially believe in science and facts yet can't quite let go of the "greater power" theory behind religion.

It's good to have a foot on both sides of the fence, just in case there is some sort of a revelation in our lifetimes.
