I've seen four of his fights and numerous interviews (he's Canadian so he actually gets a tiny bit of airtime up here on Russ Anber's show) and he's always come across as a pretty humble, down to earth guy. He's always saying supportive things about his brother as well, who is in jail. Most boxers are faily loud self-promoters, but I don't find Molitor to be arrogant at all.
3k Battery caught him with a straight right, pretty much the only punch he landed in that fight and Molitor didn't really drop, but his knee's buckled and his ass hit the bottom rope, which kept him from going down. It was incorrectly ruled a slip by the ref, but he didn't seem to be badly hurt or shaken, it was more of a flash knockdown. Molitor himself admitted afterwards that he didn't take 3K Battery as seriously as he should have and thus under-prepared for the fight. He also got away from his typical style in that fight, loading up on his shots and going for the KO instead of boxing and countering like he normally does.Originally Posted by El Gamo
