I refuse to get fat bro. My buddy is tellin me to eat all this shit all the time and not run so much. And I'm like fuck that, I'll up my calorie intake a little and eat the right things he's tellin me to eat, and continue takin the protein but I'm not gonna just be a fucking hog.

Also what do you mean by spotty? Like buff in some areas, fat in others?
