Quintana won't be as easy as people think, he is very slick boxer with good skills and his hand speed is very impressive. Williams has never met anyone like Quintana before so it will be interesting to see how he deals with Quintana. Williams of course will be a big favorite and i favor Williams to win because i don't think Quintana can withstand Williams constant pressure. But don't underestimate Quintana he is a pretty good puncher and he is an awkward southpaw and can make anyone look bad.

Quintana is not that good, nor was he ever that good. Cotto fans try to make him out to be some world beater so that they can talk up Cotto's win over him.

Quintana will be very easy for Williams.

Quintana clearly has excellent boxing ability-anyone can see that. I would like to know which Cotto fan has made Quintana out to be a world beater. In fact, didn't most, or at least many, choose Quintana over Cotto?

I never heard anybody pick Quintana over Cotto.

If Quintana puts up a tough, remotely competitive fight against Williams, I'll give him some credit. But from what I've seen from him so far, he looked damn good beating up a kid (the guy was REAL young and very one dimensional) and looked like crap otherwise, although I haven't seen much of him.

Just not close to a top fighter. I would say that he's borderline decent.

Nice how people forget things in hindsight and use them to their advantage. Before the fight,Cotto was chinny, fighting a slick and strong full blown WW and Cotto was either getting Ko'ed or losing on points. Now no-one heard anybody pick Cotto over Quintana? Stop making yourself look foolish:

The trainer of champions, Emanuel Steward, sees a very tough fight ahead for WBO junior welterweight champion Miguel Cotto.
"The fight against Quintana will be a difficult one for Miguel Cotto. Quintana boxes and moves too much for Cotto," Steward said.

Want more?Try doing a little research beforehand Cotto may have been a slight favourite but Quintana was being chosen to win by ALOT of people. I can almost guarantee that you were 1 of those people too.But now,now Quintana was over rated etc. Dear me......

Manny said it would be tough, but he didn't say that Cotto would lose either.

The rest of your sources are less than credible. Those websites you listed have long been known as garbage sites, and are probably run by Don Omega and The Iron Truth from "Boxing 4 Real."

In fact............... isn't Mark Vester also known as "The Iron Truth?"

"I never heard anybody pick Quintana over Cotto
. " and "Quintana is not that good, nor was he ever that good."

were your EXACT words.Well, now you've heard people pick Cotto and now you know Quintana must have been quite good for people to pick him. If he wasn't that good, why were people choosing him to beat Cotto and give him a tough fight? Those were just a few sources,I coudn't be assed to post them all. And their points of view are just as reliable as yours. I don't think boxing scene is a crap site at all. Stop looking desperate and making excuses.

Facts are facts, you make too many point blank statements, usually merely to get a rise out of people and when you are made to look foolish, you run back and try to cover up. Marg is crap,PW will beat him,Zab is top 3 WW,Quintana is crap etc etc nonsense that you spew. Fair enough you don't like a fighter but at least try to remain unbiased rather than mornoically blinded.

I have nothing else to say,I disproved your 2 above statements.
