Although I enjoy Zab Judahs ring antics, I did not see him beating Tony Margarito. I think I already mentioned the reasons why I did not see this happening and they are the same ol' reasons everyone else has associated to Zab Judah's weaknesses. Only one man has gone 12 rounds with Williams and that is a very hard thing to do. As Williams matures, he will become harder to beat. I think Tony is one of the only men in the WW who can hang with such a rare individual such as Williams. Judah, IMO... Would have got sparked and lit up by Tony only because Tony hit's harder than Cotto and I think once Tony found Judah's chin, I think Judah would fall apart and that would be all she wrote.

But now seeing that Tony is once again facing Cintron is a good thing and I would like to see if Cintron can get this monkey off his back and prove that his first spanking was a fluke. I would also like to see a rematch of Tony vs Williams sometime in the future at 147 of course. I would also like to see these guys go up against Cotto. Coming soon.... I hope.

Zab ain't beaten a decent fighter since 2005. He needs to beat someone to prove he's worthy of a big fight again. He's just a name and was overated anyway. Big mouth - soft chin.

Not to get on the band wagon but that one Zab no contest might as well been a win. He was going to crush that man in a mismatch that the commission should not have sanctioned.

Also Frozensemen you are a very stupid poster.

By all accounts, the reason Margarito-Judah fell apart is because Zab wanted way more money than Arum was offering. This had nothing to do with Margarito.

Yea good question... I wonder if he sort of filled in for Judah as far as the contracts go. My first thought is no, because technically Cintron is a "champion" and Margarito isn't. But Tony beat him down so soundly the first time, then fought Clottey and Williams, he deserves the bigger purse. I'd give Kermit credit if he just took Judah's place or whatever, shows he really is hungry for this one. I definetly think he will do better this time, though it would be hard not to. He will probably land some bombs on Margarito. Just think that Tony can take it and totally outlast and outpacec him. Plus he'll have a huge edge after breaking him in the first fight, and Cintron looked just as vulnerable emotionally against Feliciano imo.Margarito TKO10

One can't blame Margarito (or Bob Arum, if that's the case) for tucking her tail between her legs and opting to fight people that she's already beat in order to become a so-called "champion." This will ultimately make Lady Margarito more money down the road by setting up some sort of title unification match with Miguel Cotto.

On another note, "King," Judah has recently stated (boxingtalk.com) that he would be happy to fight Miguel Cotto for the same amount of money as Alfonso "Who?," Gomez will recieve. Obviously, Judah is a much better fight than Gomez but you can be certain that Team Cotto (Bob Arum ) wants no part of this fight. What he wants to do is set up a "big," fight with Cotto vs. Margarito so that he can cash out on all of the false hype that he has single handedly been generating for Margarito over the course of the last couple of years.

Keep protecting your fighters Bobby, but it won't be long until they feel the wrath of Mayweather, Judah (he almost had Cotto knocked out, Zab's revenge will be cold and vicious), Williams, and soon to be Berto.

OK I am going out opn a limb here but is it possible that...And again I am going out on a limb......

Margarito would prefer a title fight then one with Judah?....I mean crazier things have happened in the sport

This is a quote from Zab. Bit odd.

"I'm worth more than he offered me. I'm at the point of my career where there will be no more losses. If somebody is trying to get me a loss, they have to make it well worth it and the money that Bob Arum was offering us, I was almost ready to take it out of my pocket and show it to him."

So Judah pretty much admitted he's just a name for hire on guy's records now. And if the money ain't right, he ain't gonna go out and lose. But if it is right, then he will

You all seem to forget that Zab Judah (as washed up as you claim he is) is STILL rated higher in "The Ring Magazine," (The true ranking system left) rankings than Kermit Cintron.

I suppose that all of your ratings systems are far superior than Ring Magazines. Right? It must be because Judah is on "The Ring's," payroll, right?
